White water rafting may not be the first thing that comes to your mind when you think about Morocco and Marrakech! However, Morocco has many blessings and the huge Atlas mountain range is one. Where their are mountains their are valleys and canyons and that means rivers!
In fact there are a huge amount of rivers in the Atlas mountains and Splash Rafting Morocco are rafting nine of these rivers during 2009.
No matter how long you are in Morocco we have a rafting trip to suit everyone. Our most popular trips are the half day and full day trips which are within easy transfer distance from Marrakech city. We do all the transport so no need to worry about how to get to the rivers.
Those looking for our longer trip may be interested in a four night break to Marrakech which can include a 2 day rafting trip camping for two nights on the river or a two river break where you stay in Marrakech and experience two different rivers over two days.
Finally for the months of March and April we also have five day rafting trips where you camp each night by the riverside.
Our most popular tour.
The famous Ourika Valley has the Ourika river running all the way down from the Seti Fatma and this valley is one of the most visited tourist destinations in Morocco. Just one hour from Marrakech a rafting trip on this river can be done in just over half a day.
There is just not any better way to have a change from the hustle and bustle and heat of Marrkech than by having a great rafting tour on the Ourika river.
